UF MBA ranks fifth among U.S. public programs

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – UF MBA at the Hough Graduate School of Business ranked fifth among U.S. publics in The Financial Engineer’s 2015 MBA Rankings released Tuesday.

UF MBA ranked 16th overall and was the highest-ranking MBA program in the state of Florida.

The Financial Engineer measured six criteria—Mean GMAT Scores (30 percent), Mean Starting Salary and Bonus (25%), Mean Undergraduate GPA (15%), Acceptance Rate (15%), Full-Time Graduates Employed at Graduation (10%) and Full-Time Graduates Employed Three Months After Graduation (5%). A program’s score was its weighted average of each of the components.

UF MBA’s Traditional (Full-Time) Program has three options: The Two-Year, Option A (12 months) and Option B (10 months) programs. The Traditional Program has been recognized for its quality and value in numerous business and educational publications including U.S. News & World Report, the Financial Times and The Economist.
