Investopedia | Crypto asset manager Grayscale files for US IPO
Crypto asset manager Grayscale said it confidentially filed for a U.S. initial public offering. The company operates a spot Bitcoin ETF that provides investors exposure to bitcoin’s price movement without owning any of the coin itself. The filing comes after stablecoin issuer Circle Internet Group’s wildly successful listing last month.
