25 Years of the Warrington College of Business: A Tribute to Al Warrington

In 1996, Al Warrington made his first of several major gifts to the University of Florida’s then College of Business Administration. His initial gift of $12 million established an endowment for the college and provided much-needed support for the faculty. That year, the Warrington College of Business was named in his honor.

This year, we celebrate 25 years of the establishment of Warrington’s initial endowment and being named the Warrington College of Business.

We are proud to honor the legacy of Al Warrington, UF’s greatest supporter and the champion and foundation of the Warrington College of Business. Watch the video to hear from the late Warrington about why he’s proud to be a Gator.
