Abdul (MBA 2005), the Chief Executive Officer of Plasma-Therm LLC in Saint Petersburg, Fla., was named a 2013 “All-Star of the Chip-Making Industry” by VLSIresearch’s The Chip Insider. Plasma-Therm’s innovation that uses plasma technology to separate individual integrated-circuit chips was a major reason for Abdul’s selection.
