Calvina Bostick

Bostick (BSBA 2003) is Partner at K&L Gates’ New York office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and other business transactions. She represents public and private operating companies, private equity firms and financial institutions in transactions across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, technology, media and insurance. In addition to her robust legal practice, she serves on the firm’s diversity committee, as chair of the firm’s New York office summer associate program, on the board of the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, and as a member of the American Bar Association’s U.S. Private Target Deal Points Study working group, also mentoring students in the SEO Scholars Program.

She was recently recognized among the nation’s top 40 lawyers under the age of 40 by the National Bar Association. The awards recognize those who exemplify a broad range of high achievement in the legal field, including in advocacy, innovation, vision, leadership, and overall legal and community involvement.

She has also been named a Legal 500 Next Generation Lawyer, M&A: Middle Market ($500M-$999M) in 2018 and to Network Journal’s Top 40 Under Forty Achievement Award in 2015.
