Jerry Gisclair (BA ’94, MA Real Estate ’97) | December 2015

Jerry, the Executive Managing Director—National Client Services at Colliers International, served as a panelist at the Freddie Mac Valuation and Seller Servicer Forum on Nov. 4 in McLean, Va., and at Private Equity International’s New York Capital Markets Forum on Nov. 9 in Manhattan. Among the topics discussed were the current state of the debt markets, underwriting trends and how to further improve the valuation process amongst parties involved. Jerry (BA 1994, MA Real Estate 1997) was happy to have fellow Gators and real estate alums in attendance, including Michael Gibbs (BSBA ’92, MA Real Estate ’94) and Dan Carlson (MSRE ’07), in McLean, and Gary Dinka (BSBA ’88), who was a panelist in a prior session in New York.
