Kyle Kaplan (BSBA ’04) | January 2021

Kaplan (BSBA 2004) is Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Law at Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business. 

As a Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Law, Kaplan recently received the most prestigious teaching award at the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University, the Fred Brand, Jr. Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award. Additionally, Kaplan was one of only five faculty and staff members at Penn State’s 24 campuses selected to be a member of this year’s University Court for our commitment and dedication to Penn State students.
