Lechtner (BA 2014, BA 2014, MSM 2015, MIB 2016) is Operations Program Manager at e-commerce solutions company Jagged Peak. She offered this advice to Gator graduates: “In every graduation address, you will hear plenty of eloquent speakers share their philosophy on a fulfilled and successful life. I will leave the eloquence and speeches to those who make them better than I. My only message is to encourage you each to do something you love and never compromise your values for fragile and fleeting things… cultivate that which matters to you, and leave the earth a little better when you leave it than when you arrived.”
