R. Neil Miller (BSBA ’97) | September 2014

Neil (BSBA 1997) was recently appointed Deputy Secretary of Finance for the Commonwealth of Virginia by Governor Terry McAuliffe. He most recently worked as Virginia Commonwealth University’s budget director. Prior to his time at VCU, Neil served as Deputy Secretary of Finance in the administration of Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.
