Dr. Alicia (MSM 2004), The Self-Esteem Doctor, is the president and CEO of her own self-esteem coaching company in South Florida. She is an inspirational speaker and mindset coach. After graduating from UF, she returned to Miami where she built her business, received an Honorary Doctorate and was named to Legacy Magazine’s Top 40 under 40 list. Dr. Alicia’s company is now a fast-growing brand with a wait-list of clients and sold out events.
