Mid-semester check in, Business Gators! 🧡💙
1️⃣ Take a deep breath
2️⃣ Remind yourself that you are more than your résumé and grades
3️⃣ Take a look at this Warrington wisdom from alumni who have been in your shoes:

🔹 Take some time to reflect on where and when you are most engaged, most energized, most fulfilled. Which classes enable these feelings? Which organizations and campus opportunities enable these feelings? Then ask yourself, what elements of those classes, organizations, and opportunities could be part of a career path. Pursue what fuels you. You'll more fully enjoy the present AND every bit of the future beyond UF. Go Gators!!! - Dave Silvestain (BSBA ’97)

🔹 Study-life balance is just as important as work-life balance once you start your career. Join two orgs/clubs if you can (one personal and one professional). Network quality > quantity. Tailgate and attend football games. Do not to be afraid to ask questions or to ask for help. Hone how you learn and problem solve (the process) more so than the what (the answers). Good luck and Go Gators! - Rikesh Amin (BSBA’ 08)

🔹 If you have the option, register for a balanced selection of classes. Pick one with lots of reading, one with heavy math content, and one in your major you think you will like. - Jean Feingold (MBA ’75)

🔹 Ask many questions. Evaluate and search for opportunities outside the classes. Wish you all the success 😊 - Hazha Ahmed (MSE ’21)

🔹 Enjoy every moment. You are at a premier Business School so learn as much as you can and then attack the real world with passion. Go GATORS - Bill Goettsche (BSBA ’75)
