Warrington makes final round of Wake Forest Marketing Summit
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Warrington College of Business has been selected to compete in the finals of the sixteenth annual Wake Forest Marketing Summit. Florida is one of just three schools moving on to the final round in February.
Four UF undergraduates will compete against teams from Boston College and Emory University for the top prize in this national competition. As part of the final, each of the teams will make a formal presentation to a group of senior executives from the sponsoring corporation.
Each year, organizers of the Wake Forest Marketing Summit invite teams of undergraduate students to conduct a detailed analysis of a real-world problem confronting an anonymous corporate sponsor. Each team’s written report is judged for creative thinking and technical analysis.
A total of ten teams submitted reports for this year’s competition, including those from Boston College, UC Berkeley, UNC Chapel Hill, the University of Hartford, the University of Pittsburgh, Emory University, and Wake Forest University.
