GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida MBA Program placed very well in its first appearance in the prestigious Financial Times MBA rankings, including garnering a Top 10 position in the “Value” category. And, as in the FT EMBA Rankings, UF made a strong showing in significant categories: UF is one of only four public schools that appears in the Top 10 for both faculty research and its PHD program. Florida is also the only program in the state that appears in the Financial Times MBA rankings.
The rankings, which were released on January 30, are based on a school’s performance in three areas: 1) Career progress of the alumni (both in terms of salary and rank); 2) School’s diversity and international experience it offers; 3) School’s intellectual output and research.
