Owens (BS 2010, MS 2011, MBA 2014, JD 2014), a Partner in Fisher Phillips’ Tampa office, became Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Florida Bar on June 1, 2025. Only 169 lawyers are currently recognized as Board Certified Specialists in Labor & Employment Law by the Florida Bar. The purpose of the certification is to identify lawyers who practice labor and employment law and who have demonstrated special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in their practice.
