Britney Crawford

Crawford (MBA ’17, JD ’17) is an associate in Bradley’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. Her practice is focused on regulatory and compliance matters, including responding to and resolving government investigations by federal regulators, related to mortgage lenders and servicers, residential solar developers and finance companies, and banks. Crawford also has specific experience with fair lending issues arising under the Fair Housing Act (FHA), and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and its implementing Regulation (Regulation B).

Prior to joining the firm, Crawford represented broker-dealers and registered representatives in securities arbitrations in claims involving allegations of sales practice violations, unsuitability, misrepresentation, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.

She was selected to participate in the 2024 Birmingham Bar Association’s (BBA) Future Leaders Forum. The annual BBA Future Leaders Forum, which runs for six sessions from July to December each year, prepares motivated attorneys who have been practicing between three to eight years to become leaders in the Birmingham community and the bar. The selection process is centered around leadership experience, as well as community and bar activity.
