Casey Richter (BSBA ’03) | April 2025

Richter (BSBA 2003) was recently promoted to Vice President of HR Performance Systems at The Home Depot. She is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in finance, merchandising and operations. Richter has demonstrated expertise in P&L management, strategic financial planning, and large-scale project execution, driving significant improvements in productivity and profitability.

Previously, she served as The Home Deport’s Vice President, Finance of US Stores, Services, Operations and Pro since 2019. She has worked with The Home Depot since 2003.
