Erin Richman (MBA ’21) | October 2023

Dr. Richman (MBA 2021) was recently promoted to the role of Associate Vice President for Student Success at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. In her new role, she leads organizational change and initiatives on student success. She is also an Executive Instructor in the UNF Coggin College of Business Graduate & Executive Programs, where she leads workshops on Communicating with Impact and Cultivating Innovation in Organizations. Her UF MBA has been invaluable to how she approaches her work.
