John Catanzaro (MBA ’21) | March 2023

Catanzaro (MBA ’21), owner of Operade, recently won the Jacksonville Venture Competition, a live pitch competition and conference with the mission of developing a world-class startup community in Jacksonville. Operade was selected as the crowd favorite and the judges’ pick for investment. 

Catanzaro is associate medical director and program director of UF Health’s Clinical Cardiology Electrophysiology Section.

Catanzaro is a cardiologist in Jacksonville, FL and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including UF Health Jacksonville and Southeast Georgia Health System Camden Campus. He specializes in cardiac electrophysiology.

Catanzaro also serves as co-chair of the Entrepreneurship Working Group with the American College of Cardiology and Vice Chair of the Quality Improvement Committee with the Heart Rhythm Society.
