While pursuing their MBAs during the pandemic, Pichardo and Alvarado learned to make ice cream. After moving to Seattle after graduation, they discovered a special market for the treat. Later returning to Florida, their business idea came to life 10 months ago as Fragaria.
They were recently featured in the Orlando Sentinel to rave reviews by the newspaper’s food and dining reporter.
