Robert Holihan (BABA ’18, MSRE ’20) joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2021 as an associate in the Orlando office. He focuses on tenant and landlord representation.
“The University of Florida drastically altered my career trajectory all for the better,” says Holihan. “I was able to learn more than I ever anticipated and graduate with a sound foundational understanding across multiple business disciplines.”
Most recently with Equinox Development Properties, he handled all aspects of the development process including site identification, due diligence, scheduling, proposal review, and financial analysis across all potential and current projects.
