Nardone (MBA 2003) is Vice President of Market Access Strategic Accounts and Field Reimbursement at GSK, a global biopharma company with the ambition and purpose to unite science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together. She was recently named among the top 25 Healthcare Technology Leaders in Miami.
Nardone first got her start in 1999 as a professional sales representative at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. From there, she went on to Merck, where she served as a senior sales representative, her most recent position prior to joining GSK. In addition to her MBA from the University of Florida, Nardone graduated from DePaul University with an MEd, and from Rutgers Business School with an undergraduate degree in marketing.
She is also a founding member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there. Chief is the only organization specifically designed for senior women leaders to strengthen their leadership journey, cross-pollinate ideas across industries, and effect change from the top down.
