Megginson (MBA 2012), who has been with Visit Orlando for eight years, has been promoted to vice president of digital and data strategy. He will oversee the organization’s digital marketing, email CRM, business analytics and emerging technology initiatives. Prior to joining Visit Orlando, Megginson worked with The Dollywood Company and Universal Orlando.
Besides his contributions to Visit Orlando, Megginson became the captain for the Keenes Crossing chapter of All Pro Dad, a nonprofit “that helps chapters create monthly gatherings at schools where dads and kids engage in meaningful conversations and activities that strengthen their relationships,” according to the news release. He also has served as a volunteer soccer coach for Winter Garden Soccer’s Under 8 team as well as a parent volunteer at the Foundation Academy to support the school’s basketball team.
