Wonder Victor Kutor (MSM ’24) | June 2025

Kutor was appointed by Ghana’s President John Mahama to the Board of the Volta River Authority (VRA)—Ghana’s largest power generation and infrastructure agency. The VRA Board is tasked with steering the Authority through a new phase of operational revitalization, green energy transition, human capital development, and enhanced public engagement.

Kutor’s appointment reflects a growing recognition of globally trained talent in advancing Ghana’s strategic energy and sustainability goals.
