UF MBA’s Internet Program recognized for achievement in entrepreneurship
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – UF MBA at the Hough Graduate School of Business ranked No. 2 in TheBestSchools.org’s “20 Best Online Programs for MBA in Entrepreneurship.”
Programs were assessed by seven criteria: 1) Strong core curricula and creative approaches, 2) Program diversity and options offered, 3) Retention, completion and employment rates, 4) Reported student satisfaction, 5) Cost of programs and financial assistance, 6) School’s prominence, and 7) Professional associations with corporations and businesses.
UF MBA celebrated one of its best years in program history in 2012-13. UF MBA’s Traditional and Working Professional Programs were both ranked 15th among U.S. public programs by U.S. News & World Report. The Traditional Program was ranked 20th by Bloomberg Businessweek and its Internet MBA Program ranked No. 4 in the nation in U.S. News’ “2013 Best Online Education Programs.”
TheBestSchools.org also lauded the Hough Graduate School of Business for its numerous offerings in entrepreneurship including the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, The Master of Science with a major in Entrepreneurship Program (The Thomas S. Johnson Program) and the Global Entrepreneurship Study Tour.
