Warrington alumni represent half of the top ten 2025 Gator100 honorees

As the University of Florida’s Gator100 celebrated the world’s hundred fastest-growing Gator businesses on April 27 & 28, half of the companies in the top 10 were led or owned by Warrington alumni.

Hosted by the UF Alumni Association, the Gator100 program proudly recognizes exceptional Gator entrepreneurs and business leaders. The program began in the Warrington College of Business Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center in 2015 and has continued to honor successful Gator businesses. The main event is a two-day celebration where honorees are invited to campus for networking opportunities, professional development, brand visibility and reconnection with the Gator Nation.

This year, the Gator100 list represented 12 UF colleges across 12 states. With 35 first-time honorees, this list captures a diverse range of businesses with various specializations, locations and company histories.

Warrington alumni led the Gator100 list with Skinesa Inc., Sharma Eminent Domain Lawyers, Sunbelt Business Brokers of South Florida, Audience, Inc. and O2B Kids among the top ten businesses.

Skiensa Inc., led by CEO Ryan Walters (AA ’95, BSBA ’96, MBA ’99), earned the second spot on the list. This company focuses on innovation and research in skincare products to improve skin health and the well-being of its customers. Sharma Eminent Domain Lawyers was also among the top three. Owned by Prineet Sharma (BS ‘94), this company, centered around integrity, represents clients facing eminent domain takings in Florida.

Sunbelt Business Brokers of South Florida and Audience, Inc. held the seventh and eighth positions, respectively, on the Gator100 list. The former is led by President Ryan Cave (BABA ’95, MBA ’99, MHA ’99) and is one of the most accomplished business sales firms in Florida. Carlina Womeldorph (BSAc ’94, MBC ’96) is the president of Audience, Inc., a full-service commercial audio-visual design and installation firm.

O2B Kids was also among the top ten. Led by CEO Andy Sherrard (BS ’90, MBA ‘04), this company is also recognized as employing the most UF Gators out of all the listed companies.

Additionally, over a third of the recognized companies were led or owned by a Business Gator. Among these companies, 24 have been recognized as prior honorees.

To be eligible for the Gator100, a company must be Gator-led or owned for five years following one of the three criteria:
