Ridgeway (BSBA 2020, MIB 2020) is the Chief Operating Officer at Trupo Treats, a vegan milk chocolate company in California.

Trupo Treats has recently launched its crispy wafer bars, the first and only vegan and gluten-free wafer chocolate bars in North America. The bars will be Rainforest Alliance certified, Gluten-Free certified, OU Kosher certified, and Non-GMO Project verified.

Trupo Treats will launch pre-orders for their Vegan Wafer Bars on August 15th.

Trupo Treats was founded in July 2020 by Brian Trupo with his twin brother Charlie, both longtime vegans. Ridgeway and Trupo came up with the idea at their apartment (formerly the Nine) right here in Gainesville! While in graduate school at the University of Florida, the pair came up with the idea for the company, and have spent every day since then coming up with new and innovative vegan alternative treats. Since its inception, Trupo Treats has raised about $700K in venture capital, and are currently pitching to new investors to raise more for their current seed funding round.
