Castro (BSBA ’11) is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Microsoft. In his role, he works closely with sales and engineering teams that empower the Federal government.
Castro is responsible on executing the people strategy and ensuring that initiatives strategically align to the organizations long range and people strategy.
Prior to Microsoft, Castro led HR teams at Amazon in start-up initiatives, corporate functions, and logistics organizations.
