Robert Bailey (BSBA ‘03, MBA ‘06) was named Chief Financial Officer at Con-Air Industries, a division of Filtration Group a $2B leader in mission-critical filtration solutions.

He brings 20 years of broad finance experience, most recently serving as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at CentralSquare Technologies, a leader in the Public Safety software industry.

In this role, Bailey oversaw the financial consolidation and internal/external reporting. He managed Monthly Business Reporting, Annual Budgets, Cash Flow Management, and relationships with Private Equity sponsors. Prior to CentralSquare, Bailey held Finance positions of increasing responsibility at Darden where he supported marketing analytics, organizational growth transformation, and multiple M&A integrations. Bailey began his career supporting operational and cost management initiatives at Lockheed Martin as part of their Leadership Development Program.
