Michael (BSBA 1962, JD 1966) was recently recognized as a 50-year member of The Florida Bar. Michael, a Shareholder at Icard Merrill, has a successful practice that specializes in land use, development, real property, and administrative and governmental law. Michael has served as Icard Merrill’s Chairman of the Board since 1993, and is based in the firm’s Sarasota office.

Caroleen (BSBA 2008, JD 2011) recently joined Sarasota-based law firm Maglio Christopher & Toale. She previously worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota where she successfully tried a multitude of criminal cases. Her practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in complex products liability litigation.

Michael, who focuses on real estate matters, including homeowners’ and condominium association governing documents, commercial and residential sales and leases, development, and survey matters, is based in the firm’s Fort Myers office.

Leonard practices law in the Tampa Bay area with a focus on real estate law, business law, banking law, construction law, and land use and development law. Marsha is Chief Executive Officer for Tenet Healthcare’s Florida Region, where she is responsible for directing the strategy and operations for 10 acute-care hospitals in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
