Applying at UF MBA amid COVID-19

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, much has changed, and confusion has become the standard for many things we once considered straightforward. Brent Healy (MBA ’12) | March 2020

Healy (MBA 2012) and his wife Emma (MBA 2013) moved to the Atlanta area in January 2020 for Brent’s opportunity with Salesforce as a Senior Solution Engineer at Salesforce Tower Atlanta. UF MBA Executive program ranked No. 3 among publics in Southeastern US

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The UF MBA Executive program was named the No. 3 program among publics on Ivy Exec’s “2020 Best Executive MBA Programs” Southeast regional rankings. The program ranked No. 9 overall in the Southeast, and No. 44 in the world, a 17-place jump from last year. Ivy Exec also compiles regional rankings based on additional program characteristics. UF MBA named a top 10 public program for second year

GAINESVILLE, Fla. –  UF MBA at the Warrington College of Business rode its positive momentum to another great ranking on U.S. News & World Report’s “2021 Best Graduate Schools” released March 17. Jason Roxburgh (MBA ’13) | March 2020

Roxburgh (MBA 2013) was hired as the Director of Innovation at Grabber Construction Products. Roxburgh will lead Grabber’s activities in developing new-to-the-industry products and systems, primarily focused on creating productivity solutions for contractors. Roxburgh is well versed in identifying growth ideas and bringing them to market, the company said in a press release. Roxburgh joins Grabber from USG where he was a senior manager in product development and commercialization. UF MBA students host inaugural Diversity Weekend

When I ran for the President of our MBA Association, one of my main goals was to increase and celebrate the diversity within the UF MBA program. To honor that commitment, I set out to create a committee of individuals that shared my passion to help create a new, diversity focused immersive experience for individuals interested in our UF MBA. In the fall we came together as a team to plan and organize our inaugural Diversity Weekend for prospective students.
