Seven students awarded for leadership and service at Heavener Gator Globes
On April 22, seven Heavener students were recognized at the Heavener Gator Globes event for their outstanding leadership, academic achievements and community service. Four students were inducted into the Heavener Hall of Fame and three students received the Distinction in Leadership & Service Award.
Heavener Hall of Fame
Domenic Keller (BSB ‘25), Jasmine Glover (BSBA ‘25), Keegan Christensen (BSBA ‘25) and Oriana Rodriguez (BSAc ‘25) were all inducted into the Heavener Hall of Fame. This recognition is one of the highest honors for students at the Warrington College of Business whose leadership and academic excellence is projected to leave a lasting legacy.

Eligible students must be graduating seniors with a 3.5 UF GPA and good standing in the university. Students are selected based on various criteria including their involvement, leadership roles, academic achievements and lasting impact on the Warrington College of Business.
Domenic Keller is a graduating senior with an undergraduate degree in information systems. He currently serves as a director of three student organizations and programs: the director of event and engagement for Gator Ready, the director of internal communications for the Business Undergraduate Mentorship Program and the director of operations for Warrington Welcome. Keller’s interests in data and emerging technologies have also extended beyond his university involvement through his summer internship with JPMorganChase in their Corporate Analyst Development Program.
Jasmine Glover graduates this year with an undergraduate degree in finance with a minor in real estate and a certificate in sports management. Demonstrating exceptional servant leadership, she serves as the director of training for the Warrington Welcome Peer Leader program and the Florida Leadership Academy (FLA) advisory board project manager. Additionally, Glover works as a wealth planning associate for financial service company Raymond James.
Keegan Christensen will receive his undergraduate degree in management this year with minors in economics and health disparities in society. Through the Warrington College of Business, he is the executive director and a peer leader for Warrington Welcome. His abroad and local internship experiences along with the founding of UF Honors Program organization Honors Tabletop have demonstrated his professional development and university impact. After graduation, Christensen plans to continue his studies through a Master of Health Administration to enter the hospital administration field.
Oriana Rodriguez is pursuing her undergraduate degree in accounting and graduating this spring. With passions in mentorship and inclusivity, she serves as a peer leader and director for Warrington Welcome. Rodriguez’s work and internship in various organizations such as SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity), Gator Impact Ventures and RBC Capital Markets have also reflected dedication and achievement beyond the classroom.
Distinction in Leadership & Service Award
August C. Gimenez (BABA ‘25, MIB ‘26), Cassandra Green (BSBA ‘25) and Robert Sandargas (BABA ‘24, MIB 25’) have been awarded the Distinction in Leadership & Service Award as they demonstrated excellence in servant leadership within the Warrington College of Business and Gainesville community.

To be eligible for this high honor, students must be graduating in good standing with a passion for leading and serving others. Their impact toward the community ought to be innovative, significant and reflective of engagement within their organizations.
August C. Gimenez is a senior graduating with his bachelor’s degree in business administration specializing in music business. He will also receive a minor certificate in sport/live entertainment risk management. His involvement in the Florida Leadership Academy has extended to almost three years where he is currently an advisory board member and leadership training project manager. He is also dedicated to his work at the Mark Bostick University Golf Course and serving at City Church. Gimenez will be returning to the University of Florida next year as a Double Gator to pursue a graduate degree in international business.
Cassandra Green completes her undergraduate degree in business administration with majors in marketing and political science and a minor in professional selling this year. She serves as the president of the UF chapter of the American Marketing Association and campus ambassador for PepsiCo. Exhibiting community engagement and servitude, Green is also the president and co-founder of Planet MORE, a non-profit organization providing underprivileged children avenues for accessible education.
Robert Sandargas is graduating this year with a graduate degree in international business. His current involvement includes a director position in Warrington Diplomats and a facilitator in the Heavener Leadership Challenge. Throughout his time at Warrington, he has also undertaken several internship opportunities and additional leadership positions. This June, Sandargas will begin a sales development representative position at computer technology company, Oracle.
