No. 1 career services, No. 2 value for money power UF’s performance in Financial Times 2025 Global MBA ranking to No. 7 public MBA program
The University of Florida Warrington College of Business’s Full-Time MBA program is among the nation’s top 10 public programs as well as the best overall for career services and value, according to the “2025 Global MBA Ranking” from Financial Times.

The 2025 Financial Times ranking gives the MBA program its fourth No. 1 ranking for career services and second year as the No. 2 program for value for money. Prior to its No. 2 ranking for value for money, the MBA program was the best program in the world for value for money for five consecutive years.
Part of the University of Florida’s strong performance on Financial Times’ list is based on excellent career outcomes for the most recent MBA class. Of the MBA Full-Time Class of 2024, 90% were employed at three months post-graduation with an average salary and signing bonus totaling $145,596.
Financial Times seeks insights from alumni to evaluate Full-Time MBA programs across the world. Of the University of Florida alumni surveyed, 92% indicated they fulfilled their goals for pursuing an MBA. This satisfaction rating also aligns with a No. 1 rank in the aims achieve category.
In an overall evaluation of the program, MBA alumni strongly agreed that the program was an excellent choice. With a score of 9.14 out of 10, the MBA program is No. 10 for overall satisfaction among U.S. programs.
Financial Times’ ranking also evaluates the strength of an MBA program’s faculty and research impact. As part of its latest ranking focused on practical research applications, Financial Times named the University of Florida the No. 4 public U.S. school for business research, just following the University of California – Berkeley, University of Texas – Austin and the University of Virginia.
