UF MBA a top 10 program thanks to strong employability and thought leadership, according to QS
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The UF MBA Full-Time program at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business has again been named among the top 10 public programs in the United States due, in part, to a number of strong aspects of the program, from employability to thought leadership.
Specifically, QS determined its 2022 Global MBA Rankings based on five key data points: employability (40%), return on investment (20%), entrepreneurship and alumni outcomes (15%), thought leadership (15%), and class and faculty diversity (10%). UF MBA ranked in the top 15 in the following categories among U.S. programs:
- Thought Leadership – No. 7 among publics with 60 points
- Employability – No. 10 among publics with 57.1 points
- Entrepreneurship & Alumni Outcomes – No. 10 among publics with 49.8 points
- Return on Investment – No. 11 among publics with 89.1 points
Among public programs in the U.S., UF MBA was named the No. 8 program on QS’ list, jumping ahead one place from its position last year. Out of 115 ranked MBA programs in the United States, the UF MBA Full-Time format moved up to the No. 25 program, just following universities like the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, Georgia Tech and the University of Virginia.
The UF MBA Full-Time program was also ranked among the top full-time MBA public programs worldwide. Out of 286 programs on QS’ list, UF MBA was ranked No. 63, rising a place from its No. 64 position on the 2021 list. With its No. 25 U.S. and No. 63 global rankings, UF MBA performed amongst the top 22% of both the nationally and globally ranked programs by QS.
In addition to QS, the UF MBA Full-Time program has earned a number of top rankings from national and international publications. U.S. News & World Report ranked UF MBA the No. 9 program among publics and No. 26 program in the nation. The Economist named UF MBA the No. 5 program among publics and No. 7 program in the nation. UF MBA claimed a top position among publics on the Financial Times’ Global MBA ranking, coming in at No. 6 among publics and earning the No. 1 spot for Value for Money and Career Services.
