UF MBA Online earns top marks across the board in latest from Financial Times
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In a time when the ability to earn a great education online has been critical, the UF MBA Online program has again proven itself as one of the best options available to students, according to the Financial Times’ “2021 Top 15 Online MBA Programs” ranking released Monday.
“The pandemic has changed much about our world, including access to online education,” said John Gresley, Assistant Dean and Director of UF MBA. “With more options than ever before, UF MBA is proud to consistently be ranked among the top programs that students can choose from. It’s even more gratifying to know that we’re able to achieve these results because alumni of the UF MBA Online program reported the success they sought from an MBA after becoming Business Gators.”
Overall, UF MBA is the No. 3 program among U.S. schools and, for the third year, was named the No. 6 program internationally.
These strong rankings are, in part, due to the significant satisfaction alumni have with the UF MBA Online program and their high marks in important aspects of the Financial Times’ ranking, like aims achieved, online interaction and value for money.
The UF MBA Online program earned No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 rankings among U.S. schools in a smattering of important categories:
- No. 1 in aims achieved, with 82% of alumni reporting they achieved the goals for doing the online MBA program
- No. 1 in salary percentage increase, with alumni reporting a 35% increase in salary, to an average to $133,937
- No. 1 in overall satisfaction, with an alumnus rating of 9.48 out of 10
- No. 2 in value for money
- No. 2 in online interaction
- No. 3 in program delivery
- No. 3 in faculty research
UF MBA also has a strong rankings record among other publications, most recently named the No. 5 program in the nation by U.S. News & World Report and among the top 5 programs for the ninth consecutive year.
UF MBA has two online program formats to enable students to earn their degree from anywhere in the world. The UF MBA Online program offers one year and two-year formats where all the coursework is delivered online without required campus visits. Students will still have the chance to experience all the University of Florida has to offer during one required campus visit for orientation and a variety of optional campus based experiential learning opportunities and co-curricular residencies.
