I did a lot of learning on the job, and tons of collaboration with senior military as well as contracting agencies to fully understand my roles/responsibilities. I have made a handful accomplishments along the way, but this comes with many lessons learned and mistakes. Do not let the fear of messing up limit your growth and potential. You will not always hit a home run, but you will never score if you don’t swing! An important note to make, do not let your successes strip your humility. “I have been married for seven years to my awesome wife, Kirsis. We have a three-year-old boy named Jeffrey. They are the center of my world. But one accomplishment I had a few years back that I never thought I would’ve achieved was a 4.0 GPA in college. But honestly getting a 4.0 really doesn’t matter near as much as being able to learn all of the important information you need and effectively applying it in your life and work.” – Jeffery Holbrook
“I know that any dream, goal or idea that I want to happen it will come true with strong belief /faith in God. I have been working since I was 16 years old because I raised on strong work ethic values. I never steered from those early taught values as I grew of age either. In fact, with every new job I was able to get it was always elevation, progression and self-evaluations involved in my decisions. I was able to put myself working full-time through college and graduated cum laude honors with my bachelor’s degree. I consider this achievement as a great honor since no family member on my mother’s side finished high school. I believe if you don’t plan you plan to fail. Now is the time for me to set the groundwork for my future so that I won’t have to live through the same struggles my family had to. My dad was laid off since the beginning of 2019 which put a financial strain on me. I have experienced near life-threatening changes to my health that I still fight through to this day, but I am not letting anything stop me from reaching my life goals. Through it all I have had to step up and remain positive for my family, and I told myself that college is not an option it’s a choice that I made to not give up until I graduate.” – Victoria Cooper

Honesty with others and yourself is the only way to truly succeed. Finally, Know yourself. You are the only person that knows what you truly want out of life. If you can’t do the third, then you will struggle with the rest.” – Cullen Griffin
