Warrington celebrates dedication of Bergstrom Center

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The newly refurbished Kelley A. Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies was officially dedicated Thursday afternoon at Bryan Hall. About 100 Warrington alumni, faculty, staff and guests attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony, then toured the remodeled Center, which now resides in Bryan Hall. The Center was previously located in Stuzin Hall. A major initiative for the Warrington College of Business has been creating “homes” for its students. The College succeeded again with its newly renovated Kelley A. Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies. The “new” Bergstrom Center will be officially unveiled during a rededication ceremony at 5:30 p.m. today at Bryan Hall. Gainesville, Fla. – It was announced today that Kelley Bergstrom of Kenilworth, Ill. has pledged $2.5 million to the University of Florida’s Center for Real Estate Studies, which is housed in and part of the Warrington College of Business. The center, established in 1986, conducts extensive real estate economic research and offers numerous degree programs, including a one‐year Master of Science in Real Estate degree, a joint program with UF’s Levin College of Law allowing students to earn two degrees
