Technology With A Twist Taps Into Popularity Of Coconut Water, Launches Small Business
University of Florida student Sheldon Barrett was looking for a way to make it easier to open coconuts and access fresh coconut water, which he needed to drink to keep his high blood pressure under control. Instead of using the traditional machete, Barrett wanted to invent an easier way to open coconuts. Thus, the Coconut Twist was born.
