US News ranks Warrington’s online programs among the best in the nation
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In a time when providing a quality online education is critical, the University of Florida Warrington College of Business has risen to the occasion, according to the latest online degree rankings from U.S. News & World Report. Both the Heavener School of Business’s online business bachelor’s degree and UF MBA’s online program have been named among the best in the United States on U.S. News & World Report’s “2021 Best Online Bachelor’s Programs” and “2021 Best Online MBA Programs” lists.

In its first year ranking online business bachelor’s degree programs, U.S. News & World Report has bestowed the top honor to the Heavener School of Business. With a score of 3.8, the Heavener School is the No. 1 online business bachelor’s program in the nation, tied with Arizona State University.
“Being recognized as the No. 1 online business bachelor’s program in the nation by our peers is incredibly humbling,” said Alex Sevilla, Associate Dean and Director of the Heavener School of Business. “This being the inaugural ranking makes it that much more special. We’re proud to be a trusted source for educating and training students to be successful leaders, no matter where in the world they are earning their degree.”
For the ninth consecutive year, UF MBA was named among the top 5 public universities on U.S. News & World Report’s “2021 Best Online MBA Programs” list. With a score of 94 out of 100, it is the No. 5 best online MBA program in the nation and No. 3 best online MBA program among public universities in the United States.

In addition to its overall ranking from U.S. News & World Report, UF MBA ranked among the top 5 publics in three of the four specialty subject rankings, as well as one of the best program options for veterans. In each of these rankings, UF MBA was the top program in the state of Florida.

- Finance – No. 5 publics; No. 7 overall
- Veterans – No. 2 overall
In addition to Warrington’s rankings, UF Online ranked No. 3 overall for bachelor’s degree programs and No. 2 overall for bachelor’s degree programs for veterans. As highlighted by these rankings, the University of Florida provides affordable access to an education with several top-10 online programs. It is the highest-ranked university in Florida and is increasingly preeminent nationally.
